For many years, Felipe Covarrubias's story has been intertwined with that of ITESO: he has been a student, professor, co-founder of the Bachelor's Degree in Design, and its coordinator. In August, he will receive the Academic Trajectory Award granted by the Diseña México association, in recognition of his work as a designer and promoter of a profession that, he says, "has its own distinct place within a university."
